Consultation services to the attorney in areas of expertise (such as school law, funding mandates, information related to the disability to include strengths and needs, clinical information related to the services and supports received)
Formal written report, Affidavit of Merit (AOM), Ch. 74 or other legal document providing detailed information of findings such as identifying breaches in the standard of care, assessing competency or skills of a person with a disability (may include pre- and post-incident if applicable to the case), and providing clinical details related to the disability (examples include effects of the trauma, level of care needed, and how supervision was essential to the individual, or supporting staff measures in a defense case)
